One of Lemay’s breathtaking NYC creations caught the attention of La Presse’s XY Magazine recently.
Manhattan’s 738 Broadway is also known as the Broadway McKenna Building in recognition of its industrial past as a McKenna warehouse. But its makeover from Escobar Design by Lemay has completely transformed it into luxury boutique condominiums that could not be more modern or elegant.
La Presse writes that the 1867 building has a steel structure and boasts gigantic lofts with immense windows and stunning marble fireplaces five metres wide. Outside, the stylish residence maintains its original architecture and the luxurious white theme that defines the plush interiors.
Lemay president and excellence facilitator Louis T. Lemay is quoted as saying that the recent acquisition of Montreal-based Andres Escobar and Associates is an excellent continuation of Lemay’s business model, and has already led to two new projects in the United Arab Emirates.
