734 Saint-Joseph, an eco-responsible design

From its interior design to its important contribution to Saint-Roch borough’s revitalization, the 734 Saint-Joseph East is a shining example of an eco-responsible building. Housing our Quebec offices and Artopex’s newest showroom, this building features many energy efficient strategies, such as the optimization of its energetic performance, the reuse of exhaust air energy, the integration of radiant tiles and an additional condensing boiler, as well as the use brick walls as heat storage. This recycled building and its many sustainable measures caught journalist Rénald Fortier’s attention.
