Lemay wins three prizes at the Quebec City Architectural Merit Awards

For a second year in a row, Lemay was rewarded at the Quebec City Architectural Merit Awards. This year, Residence-Sillery shined in the category "Low-Rise Housing, New Construction” while the “La Cité Verte - SSQ Société Immobilière inc.” project received the jury's special award and the Park of the Royal Battery tied in the category “Heritage”. The latter was also among the finalist for the prestigious "People's Choice Award". With this contest, Quebec City and the Quebec Ministry of Culture and Communications wish to highlight the best architectural projects executed during the year by architects, contractors and owners. The Architectural Merit Awards recognize efforts to beautify the province's capital city. A total of 20 prizes were awarded in this competition that celebrates this year its 11th anniversary. The event, which aims to reward excellence in architectural design in Quebec, was a tremendous success once again . Congratulations to the entire team! For more information...
