Montreal’s Quartier International to welcome Humaniti complex

News November 23, 2016

Following years of planning and several modifications, COGIR Real Estate and the Fonds de solidarité FTQ will soon be launching “Humaniti,” a $200-million rental, condo, office, commercial and hotel complex designed by Lemay at the corner of De Bleury and Viger in Montreal’s Quartier International, La Presse reported today.

Lemay architect and project director Michel Aubé is quoted as saying that the connection between the new Humaniti complex and Jean-Paul Riopelle Square will be key to the design.

The work will begin in two months on the site of former hardware store Pascal.
