The Lemay team continues to win awards here and abroad! Its innovative Bibliothèque du Boisé, winner of over a dozen prizes and honourable mentions, has now been awarded two esteemed American Architecture Prizes (AAP): platinum in the Institutional Architecture category and bronze in the Cultural Architecture category. The AAP recognizes exemplary projects in architecture, interior design and landscape architecture worldwide. The second project, the expansion of the international wing of Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport*, has also been granted a Prix Inova honourable mention for design by the Institut de développement urbain du Québec (IDU). At the awards ceremony, the jury praised the team’s efforts with regard to sustainable development principles, as well as the creation of a comfortable and welcoming environment for travelers through the use of distinctive furniture and an abundance of light.
