Lemay’s biggest challenge was to subdivide a large space into smaller ones while maintaining an external view and natural light for 100% of the workers.
A major international financial institution wished to relocate a customer centre and administrative services, with the objective of reducing operating costs, offering a healthy and sustainable environment, empowering teamwork and cementing the bank’s brand as a top workplace.
The team developed a customized graphic and signage concept to facilitate finding one’s way around: each floor’s quadrants branded with full-sized, pixelated coloured images depicting local architecture and cultural references. The impact is colourful and memorable and connects the staff and spaces with a common brand message and vision.
