In the heart of Griffintown, an exceptional living environment spans four city blocks. Inspired by the rich industrial history of two buildings from the Lowney candy company, maker of the Cherry Blossom, this pioneering concept is superbly matched to the aspirations of its young and urban population.

Beating with a downtown pulse, the apartments are small and offer a compact, ergonomic layout as well as an ecosystem of distinctive common areas that are trendy, inviting and unpretentious.
Themed terraces, pools and lounge areas offer social opportunities, as do a sports centre, spa and local businesses.
The project gives residents the roofs and panoramic views typically reserved for penthouses in traditional buildings.
Walkways connecting the roofs allow different areas to develop their own ambiance. The experience can be private or social; it's up to you! It’s where you live, you put down roots, you meet friends and relax...without abandoning the rhythm of the city.
Lowney City Blocks
The project is imbued with a modernism that contrasts with neighbouring industrial buildings while integrating architecture, landscaping and social infrastructure with local movement and proximity to downtown.
Sustainable development aspects:
- Affordable housing
- Bicycle racks
- Green roofs
- Indigenous plants
- Rainwater recovery
- Solar panels to heat the pool
- Use of reflective materials to reduce heat islands
