A leader of the firm’s NET POSITIVETM approach, he is among Canada’s few LEED Fellows and first WELL Faculty members.

Over 15 years of experience in sustainable development consulting have steered Hugo’s focus toward built environments and their impact on human health and well-being. An outstanding leader in the green building community, Hugo’s expertise and thirst for innovation have led him to plan and coordinate more than 30 of the firm’s sustainable building projects.

To date, he has overseen some of Quebec’s largest LEED project certifications, as well as its first WELL project registration, the Humaniti residential condominiums. Hugo is also a member of the LEED Canada Steering Committee with the Canada Green Building Council, member of the board for Bâtiment durable Québec, an International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Faculty member, member of the Fitwel Technical Advisory with the Center for Active Design, and Green Economics chair for the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ).
