Our Place Vauquelin redevelopment project has been awarded an Architecture MasterPrize in the Landscape / Public Architecture category! Our projects for the BDO national office and Ray-Mont Logistics head office also drew honorable mentions from the jury!

Lemay’s metamorphosis of Place Vauquelin, a high-profile public space in Old Montreal, has restored it to its former splendour, reasserting its pivotal role as a unique belvedere overlooking Montreal’s stunning urban and historical panoramas. Over the past year, this project has received a coveted National Award in Urban Design and a Grand Prix du Design.

This project is the first phase in Lemay’s award-winning master plan for Montreal’s Administrative City. The second phase will begin shortly and encompass the parterres of City Hall, a step away from another one of our high-profile projects: Place des Montréalaises!
