Our team is selected to design Beaconsfield’s multifunctional cultural centre

An inclusive design that reimagines the landscape and enhances the shoreline.

We are thrilled to announce that our concept has been selected as the winner of the IMAGINE Centennial multidisciplinary architectural competition.

An invitation to discover and contemplate, our proposal—developed in close collaboration with Bouthillette Parizeau and ELEMA—was selected by the jury from among 32 high-calibre submissions. It harmoniously blends architecture and landscape to offer visitors an inclusive, holistic experience enhanced by the waterfront and the site’s heritage.

Nestled in the historic Centennial Park, the centre is set to be an integral part of its natural setting, seeping through the mature canopy and embracing the topography. It will house a new library, a variety of learning and exhibition rooms, a café bistro, all with spectacular views over Lake Saint-Louis. The park itself will be redeveloped with themed promenades, play areas, event spaces and water sports facilities to enhance community life.

Part of a comprehensive revitalization of the site, the project aims to transform this waterfront space into a cultural, recreational, natural and social hub for Beaconsfield’s residents.

Congratulations to everyone who creatively came together to make this concept a success!
