On Haiti’s southern coast

The integrated tourism development of Île-à-Vache is a priority for the Haitian government. It is an island off Haiti’s southern coast measuring 3 X 13 km. Lemay created a tourism development strategy for the island and, since 2013, has been supporting the country’s Ministry of Tourism in constructing over 30 buildings as well as equipment and socio-economic infrastructure.
