When institutional architecture meets contemporary pedagogy, spaces become catalysts for learning. At École du Maréchal, the concepts imagined by the consortium formed by Lemay, Leclerc and Prisme have been transformed into living environments where new ideas take shape.

Eric Pelletier, lead designer, visited the school to listen to the voices that bring the new establishment to life. How do people experience this architecture? Which spaces attract young people? Which ones surprise with their potential for innovative appropriation?

“What I notice is that my students want to stay here. Parents want to visit. We even have citizens coming to tour the school,” observes Geneviève Lévesque, the school principal.

This video reveals the symbiosis between architecture and pedagogy. Each source of natural light, each angle, and each design element was conceived to enrich the learning experience and inspire everyone who walks through the doors of École du Maréchal.

A special thank you to Geneviève Lévesque, as well as to the teachers and students who enthusiastically shared their experience of this architecture in motion.
