Hani Diab has been selected to serve on the jury for the 2026 edition of Mōnuma, an award dedicated to celebrating excellence and craftsmanship across Québec’s design disciplines.
As a juror, Hani will contribute his expertise in interior design, with a particular focus on retail and working environments. His perspective is grounded in practice and centred on how spaces are experienced over time through material performance, detailing, and design decisions that shape everyday use.
Now entering its second year, Mōnuma brings together designers, architects, landscape professionals, and construction experts to recognize projects and practices that contribute meaningfully to the quality of the built environment. Following a successful inaugural edition in Québec City, the awards continue to establish themselves as a platform for peer recognition and informed dialogue within the design community.
We’re excited for what these awards, and this appointment, mean for the design community and its contributions to advancing creativity, collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
We wish all participants this year the best of luck, as they present initiatives that value craft, rigour, and positive exchange within the profession.
