Official presentation of the Governor General’s Medal to the Théâtre de Verdure

Marie-Eve Parent and Eric Pelletier were proud to travel to Ottawa to receive the Governor General’s Medal in Architecture, which was awarded to the Théâtre de Verdure last summer.

The result of close collaboration between our architecture and landscape architecture teams, this redevelopment project has breathed new life into this iconic site on the Montreal cultural scene.

Anchored in the natural setting of Parc La Fontaine, this island amphitheatre can now welcome a crowd of 2,500 spectators in a dynamic, open space accessible to all, perpetuating the mission of this venue dedicated to the performing arts for nearly 70 years.
