Passerelle is our paid three-month immersion program that transforms curiosity and academic training into concrete experience. From May to August, join a transdisciplinary team where diverse expertise collaborates on projects that shape our cities and communities.
What will set you apart here 
This is your opportunity to contribute to projects that matter: play an active role on projects addressing major contemporary challenges like climate resilience, access to inclusive living environments, or homelessness.
Mentorship comes from passionate professionals who remember this stage of their own careers well, and who want to give back by guiding, supporting, and helping develop the full potential of both people and projects.
The work spans local projects as well as international initiatives, with a team of 500 professionals working from Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, New York, São Paulo, Dubai, Copenhagen, and Aarhus.
The transdisciplinary approach comes to life daily: here, architecture dialogues with landscape, engineering informs design, and each discipline enriches the others to create spaces that are resilient, inspiring, and inclusive.
