The redevelopment of the Alcan House office complex revitalizes an entire city block in a sector of Montreal which has lost some of its former appeal. Lemay developed a concept that draws on the upscale history of the neighbourhood and its unique location at the edge of the business district. The new project features an iconic contemporary tower and a diversified, modern downtown campus that showcases the architectural heritage of the site.
