This mixed-use tower in Hunters Point invites residents to create their own luxurious experiences. A serene lobby with high ceilings, stone surfaces, wood accents, and a plant wall welcomes you. Art and stone decorations inspired by kintsugi and watercolors extend through the hallways.

Inside the 130 residences, subtle color palettes allow for personalization. Floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate quartz countertops and open-concept kitchens, while bathrooms feature heated porcelain floors, custom vanities, and Shinnoki wood accents.

Amenities include a fitness room, children’s playroom, games lounge with golf simulator, and multi-function lounge. The rooftop terrace offers social spaces with pergolas, plants, and a water feature.
