O Mile-Ex is a trendy Montreal business destination by Lemay, designed for commercial loft occupants who value buildings’ industrial past in the form of exposed ceilings, raw finishes and large open spaces. The design strategy encourages an active lifestyle, with a monumental stairway in the entranceway and a feeling of community for those sharing the location.

The complex’s spaces bring people together, with natural light, panoramic views of Mount Royal and a laneway onto a future linear park leading to Montreal’s Little Italy. The façade’s original white brick is replaced by red-pigmented black brick and alternating horizontal bands of brick and glass that make it stand out as renewed and unique.
