Lemay’s redevelopment of a 98.9-hectare industrial area was the opportunity to create an exemplary, sustainable way of life near the City of Longueuil’s historical heart. In harmony with existing neighbourhoods, the project offered a mixed, dense and attractive urban environment with a strong public transit network, in anticipation of demographic and economic trends, laying the groundwork for an inclusive and responsible community.
