Rethinking the shoreline
East of Quebec City, the value of the Saint-Lawrence River shoreline as a symbol and an identity called for a renewal of the surrounding landscape and a reaffirmation of the river’s regional significance. Bridges link both sides of the expressway, facilitating the discovery of this exceptional waterfront. Lemay’s master plan defines a contemporary, playful and respectful framework for this area that will celebrate the past and define the future.
