Philippe Colette is an experienced architect whose professional practice is primarily oriented towards the design and construction of municipal facilities, including large-scale institutional and recreational projects. In charge of major projects, he leads large design and technical teams and contributes in a skillful and structured manner to the development of creative solutions that correspond to clients’ and communities’ aspirations. Over the course of his prolific carrier, he has crafted useful working tools in the efficient control of budgets and schedules, which were then integrated into firm’s Quality Plan. Philippe joined Lemay in 2001 and became principal and chief operating officer of the Quebec City studio in 2012.
