Stéphane D. Tremblay has developed specific expertise in strategic planning and the management of complex urban regeneration projects.

Stéphane D. Tremblay joined Lemay1 in 1996 and established the firm’s urban design studio. He was a founding member of the firm’s branch office in China, having served as executive vice-president and chief executive in Beijing from 2004 to 2007. A seasoned professional with considerable international experience, he has been involved in numerous projects in the US, the United Kingdom and Asia.

In recent years, Stéphane has been instrumental in formalizing LemayDevTM, an in-depth approach to assessing and maximizing site potential and mixed-use project feasibility. He has won numerous design competitions and been associated with high-profile and award-winning urban redevelopment projects and studies. He is a graduate of the Université de Montréal’s school of architecture and holds a master’s degree in urban design from New York’s Columbia University.
