At the intersection of innovation and community impact, two of our team’s projects have been selected as finalists at the 2025 Architizer A+ Awards:

  • REM’s Du Quartier Station for the Interiors: Transport category (designed in consortium with Bisson Fortin and Perkins&Will)
  • Bedford Heritage Park for the Sustainable Landscape/Planning category

Each project has been shortlisted as one of only five finalists globally in its category—and is now competing for the Popular Choice Award, where public voting will determine the winner.

Both Du Quartier Station and Bedford Heritage Park reflect Lemay’s commitment to creating innovative, sustainable solutions that strengthen communities.

At Du Quartier Station, part of Montreal’s REM network, a human-scaled, light-filled design transforms transit infrastructure into an uplifting urban experience. At Bedford Heritage Park, a bold and regenerative landscape plan reimagines industrialized land with a sustainable, community-forward space built for generations to come.

You can bring these projects to the world stage!

These nominations underscore the impact of our collective work in shaping cities and landscapes for the better—prioritizing people, nature, and resilience at every step.

Join us in supporting them: Public voting for the Architizer A+ Popular Choice Awards is now open. We invite you to show your support by voting for Lemay’s projects and helping us celebrate the power of design to inspire positive change.

Cast your vote now before it ends on Friday, May 16!
