Continuing our journey: 11 years of learning and leading among Canada’s Best Managed Companies

2023 has seen many initiatives: The launch of Care+Design that’s seen the connection of architects and designers with healthcare professionals and patient communities; the rebranding of our interior design studio Lemay_id and its bespoke approach to services; and humbling participation in thought-provoking conferences such as the American Institute of Architects, among others.

Wanting to know more, we asked Louis T. Lemay what’s the one key thing a firm like ours has to do to be managed successfully? His answer? “Have clear goals and the discipline to achieve them.” This philosophy has not only guided our strategic decisions but also infused our daily actions with a sense of purpose and direction, from the newest recruits to our seasoned leadership.

Reflecting on our journey, we realize that our continued recognition as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies is not just a testament to our commitment to our partners and clients, but also a reminder to uncover new opportunities to create meaningful projects.
