15 stories above the streets of Montreal, innovation and sustainability have come together in a workspace that reflects the city’s dynamism and forward-thinking spirit.
The Accenture office, located in Place Ville Marie’s iconic cruciform tower, has earned the LEED Silver certification for Interior Design and Construction (LEED ID+C).
This achievement highlights a transdisciplinary approach, where our team’s combination of interior design and our NET POSITIVE framework has created a workplace that inspires and performs.
The 19,000-square-foot office prioritizes well-being and environmental responsibility through innovative measures. Features include CO2 sensors in high-occupancy rooms, optimized energy use, and carefully selected materials that are both low-emission and environmentally responsible. Natural light and expansive city views enhance the workplace’s connection to its surroundings while promoting health and productivity.
Achieving LEED certification reflects a rigorous process of implementation and validation, ensuring every detail aligns with sustainability standards. From acoustic performance to indoor air quality monitoring, each element contributes to a workplace designed for well-being, offering a space that benefits both people and the planet—and setting a benchmark for workplaces everywhere.
Congratulations to all the teams involved!
