The concept enhances the company’s brand image from an architectural point of view. The futuristic factory includes a warehouse, office spaces, related spaces and a production line equipped with state-of-the-art technology. At the intersection of Highways 401 and 403, the new waterproofing product manufacturing plant benefits from a prime location, simplifying customer and employee facility access.
Leading-edge design is reflected in all aspects of this transdisciplinary project. Through its architecture, architectural branding, interior design and landscape architecture, Lemay’s remarkable concept creates tangible and sustainable value for the client, as well as for the plant’s users and the Woodstock community. It also integrates alternative energies, green roofs and a heat recovery system for production processes.
