Montreal’s smart vertical community Humaniti is continuing its upward trajectory, this time through innovation: It is now LEED Silver certified for its designs that positively impact aspects such as human health and communities, natural resources, and carbon emissions.

With this announcement comes a confirmation of the project’s active enhancement of urban living through green site design, energy and water efficiency, and quality interior experiences.

What’s more, not only is Humaniti now LEED Silver certified, but its rental condos also have a WELL Silver certification—a first for our teams!

This makes Humaniti the first of our projects to achieve both certifications, an achievement that underlines how much further the transdisciplinary design of our city’s towers can go: Not only can they promote new active lifestyles of wellness, but they can be better integrated within their urban fabric while improving their environmental impacts as well.

A prime example of what’s possible with the integration of NET POSITIVE and its sustainable strategies aimed at health and well-being, the environment, and carbon emissions, Humaniti is now a vertical community of exception in Montreal and Quebec as a whole, existing at the forefront of the North American real-estate industry.
