Already active there for the past 20 years interior design, this thriving powerhouse now leverages its intimate knowledge of all five boroughs and future trends, applying Lemay’s proven value creation focus across multiple disciplines and markets. Together, the two deliver unparalleled design excellence.
Founded by design principal and partner Andres Escobar as Escobar and Associates in 1989, Lemay + Escobar is one of NYC’s most prolific interior design firms, best known for its luxury hospitality projects imbued with the city’s essence. Having joined Lemay in 2015, the team is now also offering its clients the wide range of expertise Lemay is known for: architecture, master planning, landscape architecture, sustainable development, and more – for large-scale, mixed-use, residential, retail and workplace projects.
Andres Escobar will remain at the helm of the team, offering the same level of project leadership and involvement for its high-profile international clients and projects in all five boroughs; what’s more, he will be backed by the same star team that now includes award-winning architects and experts from several fields.
