Setting an example

Lemay integrated a new head office for Quebec’s construction commission (CCQ) next to a residential district with care and sensitivity, strengthening ties with the community.  Bio-climatic conditions influenced the shape of the building to optimize comfort, light and energy efficiency according to the best ecological construction practices, for this organization that strives to set an example for the industry.

The building is streamlined and contemporary, with sustainability as a primary design goal, conveying a responsible image for the CCQ.
