A bold architectural gesture rooted in context and shaped for tomorrow.
Set along a leafy street of Riyadh, Tahlia Business Park introduces a commercial destination of elegance, built for lasting yet understated presence. This architectural ensemble brings together a series of standalone offices and hospitality addresses, carefully arranged to offer both identity and coherence.
The site and its design, inspired by the sustainable strategies of Net Positive™, unfolds across 6,160 m² in a neighbourhood defined by low-rise structures and greenery. Rather than building upward or outward, the design leans into the land’s natural slope, with parking discreetly integrated into a sunken base to allow the upper levels to open fully towards the street. This preserves views and scale, giving the buildings a grounded, composed stance that meets the city with quiet confidence.
A striking entrance area, defined by golden-finished columns, creates a bold yet sophisticated first impression. The side walls feature open, inviting elements that seamlessly guide visitors inward, enhancing flow and visibility. At its edge, a generous public forecourt offers a place to pause, meet, and gather. From there, visitors move through a landscape of pathways, shaded pockets, and framed perspectives that knit the buildings together. It’s not a single block, but a campus that encourages movement, offers moments of calm, and adapts to the rhythms of the working day.
Architecturally, the buildings are shaped by restraint. Their forms are bold yet refined, made from a material palette chosen for both longevity and local resonance. The overall aesthetic balances this clarity with an elegance and contemporary chic that sets the tone for a refined environment. Interiors are filled with light, designed to support productivity without distraction, fostering an atmosphere of professionalism, mutual respect, and quiet prestige. On the second floor, a rooftop terrace offers a serene space for relaxation and informal interaction, where users can unwind beneath a pergola amid thoughtfully integrated landscape elements and open views.
While not designed to dominate the skyline, Tahlia Business Park’s ambition lies in doing more with less—shaping space through proportion, light, and experience. It creates quality commercial architecture in Riyadh that is timeless, adaptable, and deeply aware of where it stands.
