Éric Dufour is recognized as a consensus-builder and a leader in touch with the latest best practices.

Éric Dufour joined Lemay in 2016 with close to 30 years of experience overseeing private and public projects of all kinds, with budgets ranging from under one million to several hundred million dollars. His career began in 1995 with the launch of his own architecture firm in Quebec City, concentrating on the restoration of heritage buildings. Commercial and institutional contracts soon followed. Éric joined Régis Côté et associés in 2001 and has built an impressive portfolio featuring every asset of architecture, from programming to site supervision, including feasibility studies and performing as a court witness. A member of the Canada Green Building Council since 2006, he is recognized as a consensus-builder and a leader in touch with the latest best practices. He is particularly adept at project management and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Éric holds a BA in architecture from Université Laval.
