Hugo is a leader of Lemay’s Net PositiveTM approach. Among Canada’s rare LEED Fellows and among Canada’s first WELL Faculty members, he oversaw Quebec’s largest LEED Platinum project certification and its first WELL project registration.

Hugo Lafrance has over 15 years of experience in sustainable development consulting, with a focus on the built environment and its impact on human health. He has coordinated more than 30 green building projects and worked with numerous construction product manufacturers. An outstanding leader in the green building community, Hugo adds value to the sustainable development planning and management process for every project he undertakes. He is a member of the LEED Canada Steering Committee, chair of the CaGBC – Quebec Communications Committee, an International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Faculty member and Green Economics chair for the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ).
