With over 30 years of experience of delivering visions for markets at every scale and stage in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, he’s known for his ability to enrich projects with perspective, narrative and a critical curiosity. Taking ownership with a collaborative leadership and partnership style, Ross inspires and motivates through thoughtfully engaged communication and trust. His extensive experience is informed through an academic lens that began with Bachelor undergraduate studies in Architecture and Art History at Carleton University and culminated in a Master of Architecture from Dalhousie University.

With a focus on sustainability and digital practice, Ross has led teams through all manner of planning, development and construction methodologies with diverse typologies and stakeholders, and his robust portfolio contains a broad range of mixed-use, institutional, recreational, commercial and residential properties and projects.
