Lemay Energy among the Climate Action Cohort: participating in the race towards carbon neutrality

How can we accelerate the deployment of Net Positive™ Impact and reach our carbon neutral goals? While the building sector is a major contributor to climate change, accounting for approximately 30% of global GHGs, Lemay Energy proposes concrete actions to promote the design of sustainable living spaces.

The Climate Action Cohort: a committed intrapreneurship challenge

Through a 5-month reflection, the Lemay Energy team, headed by Loïc Angot and Oscar Hernandez, will develop an integrated service that aims to design carbon neutral buildings. Alongside experts and consultants from various backgrounds, the duo will propose replicable actions that will contribute to the Montreal Climate Plan’s success.

Over the next few months, the twelve teams will go through various stages such as preparing for the investment, defining a social and environmental impact measure and lastly, implementing a strategy to maximize positive impact.
