The workplace interiors of Nortera, a Grands Prix du Design winner

Congratulations to our teams’ sustainable interior design of this workplace, which has been awarded not only Platinum in the Office Over 5000 m² category, but the Grand Winner title in the Interior Design discipline as well.

Developed through a combination of participatory design and analyses with employees, Nortera’s head office demonstrates how a carefully thought-out and human-centered design strategy can benefit users’ health and well-being in tangible ways.

Guided by the metaphor of a tree’s interconnected systems, its multifunctional workplace encourages active movement, creates opportunities for social interactions and travel through its layout, and its biophilic and ambient elements instil a therapeutic effect.

With inclusive approaches to different working styles, Nortera’s office breaks down siloes and enhances one’s experience with positive effects on to productivity and engagement.
