From the very beginning, Humaniti was designed to offer its residents and visitors a connection to well-being through themselves, with each other and with the city. From the heights of the project’s tallest tower allowing views that extend out to the seaway and mountains, a connection to nature is formed high above the building’s foundations.
Throughout the design process, our team has pushed the boundaries of sustainable and biophilic development to provide a living space with pure well-being at its core.
WELL certification: Well-being comes first
Issued by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the WELL certification recognizes ‘people first places.’ This designation is earned through rigorous testing and a final assessment by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), and acquiring this certification demonstrates a commitment to pushing the boundaries of improving well-being and the health of users in living spaces.
A celebration of health, culture and spirit
Leaving nothing to chance, our team collaborated with Lemay + Escobar to develop an environment where culture, art, and physical and mental health are prioritized. Together, our strategies translated into defining features such as abundant natural light, redesigned social spaces, and easy daily access to fitness.
Humaniti is a celebration of Montreal’s culture, featuring an impressive collection of artworks throughout, as well as a direct connection to the city’s urban art just steps from its front doors.
