That belief guided every decision at TD Terrace, the newest addition to TD Bank’s landmark portfolio in the heart of Toronto’s financial district, conceived as a workplace that truly belongs to the people who use it.

That approach has earned TD Terrace an Award of Merit at the Interior Designers of Canada’s 2026 Value of Design Awards, in the Innovation in Workplace Design category.

Created for colleagues spread across 35 floors, TD Terrace was conceived as a vertical city. The organizing principle, a wayfinding system of Passages, Landmarks and Destinations threads through every floor like a main street. Each neighbourhood keeps its own character while remaining intuitively legible.

Around this framework, destination amenities follow the rhythm of a workday. The Arcade invites play, The Retreat offers rest, The Idea Loft hosts workshops and creative sessions, and the Sky Garden brings greenery high above the city. The project is grounded in biophilic materiality, with renewable and locally sourced materials that bring nature indoors.
