Pierre Larouche

Known for his proactive approach, dedicated attitude, and communication skills, he has been a key player in the development and consolidation of many successful projects at Lemay. In order to build long-term strategic partnerships with clients, he makes sure that all the mandates he undertakes always run smoothly throughout the project development phases. With 25 years of experience in project management, Pierre knows how to work within different construction modes, while continuing to act as lead architect and consortium director for certain strategic contracts.

In addition to having contributed to the innovation and quality control processes within the firm, he played an important role in the development of our value-added service offering. Genuine and passionate, Pierre is a true team player who cares about establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships for clients and the firm. Always on the lookout for major projects, Pierre masters all aspects of our business development process, from the initial negotiation to the final agreement.

Pierre has contributed his time and experience to many non-for-profit organizations and associations such as the Yvon Lamarre Foundation, the Accueil Bonneau, and the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ) and he has served on the Board of Directors and various committees with the Association des Architectes en pratique privée du Québec (AAPPQ).
