Montreal Airport P4 Parking Lot (in consortium with Jodoin Lamarre Pratte architectes)
This parking structure provides an experience with a translucent, 896-metre façade that transforms car headlights into a living, cinematic display. Built as part of a 30-year master plan, it’s designed to grow and adapt, with sustainability and climate resilience embedded at every level.
UAP Montreal Head Office
What began as a 70,000-square-foot warehouse has been reimagined as a workspace that’s both functional and forward-thinking, nurturing people while minimizing its impact on the planet. Certified ZCB-Design v3, the design features biophilic elements, energy-efficient systems, and thoughtful nods to its automotive history through elegant curves and stainless steel finishes.
TD Terrace’s Marketplace
A dynamic social hub within the workplace, offering various amenities and spaces that encourage community and connections. It includes areas for collaborative brainstorming, fitness, and mindfulness, all designed with intentional materials and intuitive spatial flow.
These projects reflect how architecture can be inventive, meaningful, and built to shape a better future. We couldn’t be prouder of the people behind them!
Here’s to designing with purpose, and the spaces to grow that make it worthwhile.
