The project consists of a six-storey residential building bringing together 176 sustainable and accessible units, intended for families and students.

The reduction of embodied carbon ranks among its most notable achievements. By prioritizing very low-carbon concrete, the team cut material-related emissions by 40 percent compared with standard practices. GEOpark was also conceived as a true living environment, featuring a green roof and a wide range of amenities for the benefit of residents.

Presented by the Canada Green Building Council, these awards highlight the country’s most high-performing and transformative buildings, as well as those who advance the green building sector.

Congratulations to all the teams behind this project.
