In a new documentary from the Association des Architectes en pratique privée du Québec (AAPPQ), the architects’ roles and approaches to Humaniti are explored from new cinematic and thought-provoking angles to show how it embodies new ways of looking at urban communities.

Featuring Chief Design Officer Andrew King and architect Michel Aubé alongside COGIR CEO Mathieu Duguay, it’s a sleek documentary exploring the project’s myriad functions, possibilities and promises.

As the first building to obtain a WELL certification in Canada for its rental condominiums, Humaniti was designed to connect with and embody the city of Montreal, bringing together an ambitiously complex mix of users in a central community of artistry, well-being and sustainability.
